As of March 10, 2012, Striker Yacht Corporation has begun to report willful trademark violators and imposters holding themselves out as Striker Yacht agents to the FBI and INTERPOL for investigation and criminal prosecution.  Furthermore, Striker will seek any available civil remedies, including injunction and monetary damages against these violators to protect our company name.
